| Served each morning in the guest dining room / lounge, we offer an ample and wide choice of cooked or cold items including Full Scottish breakfast or lighter dishes - choose from yoghurt, cereals or fruit etc. Special diets can be catered for if you notify us of your requirements before you come to stay. |

| Cosy and comfortable with an open fire for cooler times of the year. This relaxation area has TV and radio plus board games to help you unwind. |

| There is plenty of off-road parking for our visitors. |

| Guests are welcome to walk or sit in the garden which is visited by a wide variety of birds. |

| Guests can be put in touch with a local wildlife guide if required. |
| Guest’s laundry may be washed at a charge of £5 per load. |
| Packed lunches are available from £2 each. |

| Sustainability and Supplies |
Recycling is important to us and we aim to be environment-friendly.
Our priorities in buying supplies and food include:
- Supporting local producers and suppliers (including our excellent village butcher)
- Serving local specialities such as smoked salmon
- Buying Scottish produce
- Growing ourselves a little of the food we require
- Sourcing “Fair Trade” produce such as all our tea, coffee and sugar.
